One thing was for sure: I had a lot of baby girl quilts. Not so much baby boy! For this craft fair, I wanted to have a good assortment, so it was time for me to break into my fabrics ands see what I had on hand.
After making the Pow Wow Quilt, I had lots of Half-Square Triangles left over. I did what any good scrap-sewer would do: make lots of little pinwheels! That was a lot of sewing and ironing; the only downside to HST’s. I tossed big rectangles and smaller squares into the mix, and a baby boy quilt was born!
I was able to use up the rest of the red backing (also used on Pow Wow) and added a yellow metro circle print for interest’s sake. Again, I bound it with the navy Reuinion chevron stripe- the PERFECT binding fabric.
It was kind of fun to work on so many quilts in the last two weeks (and there are 2 I still haven’t shown you yet!) but I feel a little burnt out. It took so much energy, and my laundry ate my family. So, marathon quilting is just not for me anytime soon!
This one will be listed in the shop, after I find my family in the laundry piles.

I still love this one so much!!!
